Example: You have acid reflux, what is causing the reflux? High cholesterol, why? Fix root cause so you are not stuck on medications with side effects the rest of your life!<\/li>\n<li>Control your stress<\/li>\n<li>Take a good quality, whole food (not synthetic), multi-vitamin<\/li>\n<li>Get good sleep, every night. Try to get 7.5 \u2013 9 hours a night<\/li>\n<li>See Dr. Ridley at least 1x\/month and keep your body in\u00a0balance \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Happy New Year, may this year be filled with health
