- Incorporate at least 30 minutes of moderate to intense exercise, at least three times each week, into your routine
- Meditate, or at least take a one-hour mental and physical break from your daily grind, once each day
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Use high quality air and water purifiers in your home and office
- Take care of your teeth, dental or periodontal issues can lead to serious disease
- Do not ignore symptoms of an underlying problem. Treat the root cause of any illness you have instead of just managing symptoms. Example: You have acid reflux, what is causing the reflux? High cholesterol, why? Fix root cause so you are not stuck on medications with side effects the rest of your life!
- Control your stress
- Take a good quality, whole food (not synthetic), multi-vitamin
- Get good sleep, every night. Try to get 7.5 – 9 hours a night
- See Dr. Ridley at least 1x/month and keep your body in balance 🙂
